The Sludgehockers are a race of organisms that have been heavily mutated by the immense pollution on their homeworld of Slashbaar. They are extremely aggressive, and arc their long necks out of sludge rivers to fire toxic spittle at any species that comes within range. Their hands hint that they may somehow be devolved from the local sapients, the Evelin.
